In Swedish massage, the therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil and performs various strokes that warm up and work the muscle tissue, releasing tension and breaking up muscle “knots”, called adhesions. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension and creates other health benefits.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. if no-shows or no notice is given you will be charged a fee 100% . Appointments for Monday must be cancelled by 8:00 pm the previous Saturday. Thank you.
